The serene garden area where guests can unwind after a day exploring was a lovely surprise.
There could be better privacy solutions for the bathroom, as the curtain might not suffice for multiple occupants.

Clean bathrooms, Charming decorative elements, Short walking distance to attractions
Inconsistent wi-fi connection!!! Occasional noise from communal areas can disrupt the peaceful atmosphere!!! Tight bathroom space really isn't ideal for larger families!!! There’s definitely room for more shelving in the bathrooms!!!

charming, charming, charming
I had a delightful stay in the cozy Double Room with Bath! The homemade breakfast was exceptional, especially that to-die-for fresh bread. The hosts went above and beyond, welcoming me with complimentary tea and ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable visit.

Just had an awesome stay at The Lyndsay! The breakfast options were mouthwatering, especially the full English with homemade bread. Linda and Alan made us feel like family, and the cozy room was spotless. Only downside was the tight bathroom space. Will definitely be back!

my stay at this so-called guest house was absoultely underwhelming. the breakfast timings are ridiculous—7am for working guests seems absurd! the bathroom privacy was a joke, a curtain instead of a door? how quaint! and, after all of this, no upgrade for my troubles. i almost left a great review, but just couldn't bring myself to do it.

Warm welcome and delicious breakfast
I just enjoyed a lovely two-night stay with fantastic hosts who really care about their guests' comfort. The room was not only spotless, but it also came with delightful little extras like a sewing kit and a variety of beverages. The breakfast each morning featured Linda's homemade bread, which was simply to die for! It was also great to have a charming little courtyard to relax in after a day out. My only wish was for more space in the bathroom, but overall, the experience was superb.

Exceptional stay with fantastic breakfast!
I absolutely loved my time here! The room was immaculately clean and well-equipped, even featuring little extras like tea and coffee supplies. Breakfast was a real treat. the homemade bread was heavenly, and the range of options made it hard to choose. The welcoming vibe from the owners made me feel right at home. The only drawback was the bathroom space, which was a bit snug.
